Cultural Complementarity Model™

The Cultural Complementarity Model was designed to facilitate new ways of thinking about, and discussing, different cultures. This customizable model can be used to rebuild relations and to work more effectively in a multicultural society.

Objectives

  • Celebrate differences through on-going dialogues and exchanges.
  • Eliminate racism collectively.
  • Foster positive, inclusive communication approaches that eliminate good/bad thinking.
  • Have equal contribution in the creation of future actions.
  • Have equal sharing power among people of various positions in life and work.
  • Have equal sharing rights and responsibilities for all members
  • Learn based on personal experience, in an on-going, continuous process.
