Greater Twin Cities United Way unites caring people in building stronger communities by inspiring people to help others, increasing resources to meet needs and fostering innovative solutions to problems.

Culture

Our employees are passionate about their work and the people they serve. 

All employees are called to help United Way educate the public on community issues, increase financial support to address these needs and help others become self-sufficient.

Employees are depended on for their knowledge and expertise, willingness to work hard and commitment to finding creative solutions to some of the community's toughest problems.

We also recognize the importance of balancing a work life and a home life, and offer flexible work schedules within a 37.5 hour work week.
