Responsibilities

This position is a part of the major gifts development team.

It's responsible for developing and managing relationships with assigned donors (approximately 250+) who have the capacity to give $5,000 or more annually. This position also provides planning, coordination and follow-through of donor intimacy strategies for one-to-one contact with wealthy individuals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years work experience in major gift solicitation
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to relate effectively with a diverse group of individuals and organizations
• Experience working as a part of a high performance team
• PC proficiency; expertise using customer relationship management systems a plus
• Planning and volunteer management experience
• Strong customer relationship skills
