Ceridian is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to conduct telephone assessments and provide referrals to callers in need of community resources in Minneapolis. Evening and weekend shifts available. Bachelor's degree required. Must have excellent communication skills. Fluency in English required. Some positions require fluency in Spanish, Hmong, Russian or Somali.
