Culture

Our employees are passionate about their work and the people they serve.

All employees are called to help United Way educate the public on community issues, increase financial support to address these needs and help others become self-sufficient.

Employees are depended on for their knowledge and expertise, willingness to work hard and commitment to finding creative solutions to some of the community's toughest problems.

We also recognize the importance of balancing a work life and a home life, and offer flexible work schedules within a 37.5 hour work week.

Diversity

We believe in a work environment free of discrimination, harassment and inappropriate behavior and we support the principles of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action and are committed to a diverse and inclusive work force.

All employees are treated with dignity and respect.

Our continued success depends on a diverse staff of qualifed employees and we provide equal opportunity in every aspect of employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, gender, national origin, physical ability, age, marital status, military status, sexual orientation, public assistance status or any other classification protected by federal, state or local legislation.
