Responsibilities

This position is responsible for cultivating, managing and soliciting (approximately 150+) donors who have the capacity to give $1,000 or more annually.

This position provides planning, coordination and follow-through and development of solicitation and engagement strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in sales/development
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to relate effectively with diverse groups and organizations
• Experience working as a part of a high performance team
• PC proficiency; expertise in customer relationship management systems a plus
• Planning, solicitation and volunteer management experience
• Strong customer relationship skills
