Director—Donor Markets

This position is responsible for the strategy and support of our donor segments in the corporate and individual channels.  The primary function is to ensure effective plans, engagement and communication strategies that enhance the retention and satisfaction of donors in all segments.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze new segments to ensure growth of donors and revenue.
  • Develop and execute marketing segment strategies.
  • Increase donor retention and satisfaction by engaging donors in a variety of activities.
  • Manage donor markets staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business or similar field
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Budgeting and resource management experience
  • Event management experience
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience in building, communicating and executing marketing plans
  • Leadership and staff management experience
  • Project management skills
  • Sponsorship sales experience
